Paragraph 4

In regulation 4 (coding of consignments)—

(a)

at the beginning of paragraph (1) there shall be inserted “Subject to paragraph (3),”;

(b)

after paragraph (2) there shall be added the following paragraph—

“(3)

The Agency need not assign or supply a code for a consignment or round until any fee required in respect of it under regulation 14(1) has been paid.”
