Regulation 23 Amendment of the Environmental Protection (Duty of Care) Regulations 1991F1
In regulation 2 of the Environmental Protection (Duty of Care) Regulations 1991 M1—
at the beginning of paragraph (1), there shall be added “Subject to paragraph (3),";
after paragraph (2), the following paragraph shall be added:
“(3)
Paragraph (1) shall not apply where the waste transferred is special waste within the meaning of the Special Waste Regulations 1996 and the consignment note and, where appropriate, schedule required by those Regulations are completed and dealt with in accordance with those Regulations.”.
