Whereas it appears to the Secretary of State that the body listed in article 2 of the following Order satisfies the criteria published by him pursuant to section 47B(9) of the Competition Act 1998^f1 ;

Now, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 47B(9) of the Competition Act 1998 hereby makes the following Order:
