Article 5 Power to maintain authorised developmentI1

The undertaker may at any time maintain the authorised development, except to the extent that this Order or an agreement made under this Order provides otherwise.

This article only authorises the carrying out of maintenance works within the Order limits.

This article does not authorise the carrying out of any works which are likely to give rise to any materially new or materially different effects that have not been assessed in the environmental statement.
