This Order may be cited as the St. Andrews Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2010 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(2)
The St. Andrews Harbour Order 1897 and this Order may be cited together as the St. Andrews Harbour Orders 1897 to 2010.
