Article 13 Harbour ChargesI1

On and after the new constitution date the Trustees may, subject to the provisions of the St. Andrews Harbour Orders 1897 to 2010 demand, recover and receive for the use of the Harbour, such sums, other than ship, passenger and goods dues, as the Trustees may from time to time determine.
