Article 19 Power to Lease etc.

The Council may lease or grant for harbour purposes the use or occupation of, or any right of interest in, or over, any lands, works, buildings, equipment or other property forming part of the works for such period or periods and on such terms and conditions as shall be agreed between the Council and the person taking the same.
