Article 8 Alteration and improvement of works

Subject to the provisions of this Order, the Council may from time to time maintain, renew, extend, enlarge, improve and alter the works but nothing in this article shall authorise the Council to deviate laterally beyond the limits of deviation authorised by article 10 (Power to deviate) of this Order.
