Regulation 18D Service of information to a schemeF1
Any—
(a)
request for information to be given or furnished in pursuance of these Regulations; or
(b)
information to be given to the trustees or manager of a scheme in relation to requirements imposed by these Regulations,
may be furnished, made or given by sending it to the trustees or manager of the scheme by post.
