Regulation 21 Access to the register
England, Wales and Scotland
(1)
The F1... Authority shall supply the most recent copy of the register to any person on request either—
(a)
free of charge; or
(b)
where a charge is made, at an amount that does not exceed the expense incurred in copying, posting and packing the statement.
(2)
The Authority may publish the register in any way.
