Section 83 Penalty on issuing, &c. foreign, &c. security not duly stamped
United Kingdom
Every person who in the United Kingdom F1. . . assigns, transfers, negotiates, F2. . . any foreign security or F3commonwealth government security not being duly stamped, shall incur F4a penalty not exceeding £300.
