Section 150 is amended as follows.

(2)

In subsection (1) (sums which are to be reviewed by the Secretary of State) after paragraph (k) insert—

“(l)

specified in regulations under section 2 or 3 of the State Pension Credit Act 2002;”.

(3)

In subsection (7) (provision which may be added to draft up-rating order) after “the Jobseekers Act 1995” insert “ or the State Pension Credit Act 2002 ”.
