In section 6, in subsection (1)—

(a)

for “the Chancellor of the Exchequer”, in the first place, substitute “ the Minister for the Cabinet Office (in relation to England and Wales) or the Scottish Ministers (in relation to Scotland) ”;

(b)

for “the Chancellor of the Exchequer”, in the second place, substitute “ the Minister for the Cabinet Office or the Scottish Ministers ”;

(c)

after “he thinks fit” insert “ or they think fit ”.
