In section 989 of the Income Tax Act 2007 (definitions), in the definition of “retail prices index”—

(a)

in paragraph (a), for “Office for National Statistics” substitute “ Statistics Board ”;

(b)

in paragraph (b), for “that Office” substitute “ the Board ”.
