Regulation 3 Restrictions on disclosure

In section 1224A(2)(c) of the Companies Act 2006 M1 (restrictions on disclosure), after “(independent monitoring of certain audits)” insert “ , paragraph 23A(1) (independent monitoring of third country audits) ”.
