Regulation 4 Conditions of entitlement to statutory paternity pay (birth): relationship with newborn child and child’s mother
The conditions prescribed under section 171ZA(2)(a) of the Act are those prescribed in regulation 4(2)(b) and (c) of the Paternity and Adoption Leave Regulations 2002 M1.
