Regulation 23 When statutory shared parental pay (adoption) is not to be paid

Statutory shared parental pay (adoption) is not payable after the day before the first anniversary of the date on which C was placed for adoption (or where more than one child is placed for adoption through a single placement, the first anniversary of the date of placement of the first child).

Statutory shared parental pay (adoption) is not payable to A before the end of A's adoption pay period.
