Regulation 3 Application

These Regulations apply in relation to—

(a)

statutory shared parental pay (birth) in respect of children whose expected week of birth begins on or after 5th April 2015;

C1(b)

statutory shared parental pay (adoption) in respect of children placed for adoption on or after 5th April 2015.
