The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 151(4) and 175(1), (3), (4) and (5) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992f1.
In accordance with section 172(1) of the Social Security Administration Act 1992f2, the Secretary of State has referred the proposals in respect of these Regulations to the Social Security Advisory Committee.
