United Kingdom
(1)
The Secretary of State may by regulations make provision for the enforcement of obligations imposed by or under share transfer regulations or property transfer regulations.
(2)
Regulations—
(a)
may confer jurisdiction on a court or tribunal;
(b)
may not impose a penalty or create a criminal offence;
(c)
may make provision which has effect in respect of share transfer regulations or property transfer regulations only if applied by those regulations.
(3)
Regulations under this section are subject to the made affirmative procedure.
