Notwithstanding article 37 (service of notices), any plans submitted to National Grid Electricity Transmission Plc by the undertaker pursuant to paragraph 169 must be submitted using the LSBUD system ( https://lsbud.co.uk/) or to such other address as National Grid Electricity Transmission Plc may from time to time appoint instead for that purpose and notify to the undertaker in writing.
