Paragraph 32 ApplicationI1

For the protection of the utility undertakers referred to in this Part of this Schedule, the following provisions have effect, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and the utility undertakers concerned.

The provisions of this Part of this Schedule will not apply to any authorised development carried out by UK Power Networks or National Grid pursuant to article 6 (benefit of the Order) or article 7 (consent to transfer benefit of the Order) of this Order.
