(1)

Prior to the operation of Work No. 2 or Work No. 3, an ONMMS must be submitted to and approved by the local planning authority.

(2)

The ONMMS must—

(a)

include details of the plant specification, noise mitigation measures and monitoring procedures; and

(b)

demonstrate that, with those noise mitigation measures and monitoring procedures in place, the authorised development is not likely to result in any materially new or materially different noise effects from those assessed in Volume 2, Chapter 14 (Noise) of the environmental statement.

(3)

The ONMMS must be implemented as approved.
