Article 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Stornoway Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2008 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(2)
The Stornoway Harbour Act and Orders 1976 to 2003 and this Order may be cited together as the Stornoway Harbour Act and Orders 1976 to 2008.
