Regulation 19 Request for further information
(1)
The Secretary of State may at any time issue a request to a strategic planning authority for information, documents and evidence relating to the preparation, adoption, alteration, replacement or review of a spatial development strategy.
(2)
A request under paragraph (1) must specify—
(a)
the information, documents or evidence requested,
(b)
the date by which the information, documents or evidence requested must be sent to the Secretary of State, and
(c)
the manner in which the information, documents or evidence requested must be sent to the Secretary of State.
