Regulation 3 Electronic communications
Where—
(a)
a document, copy, notice, notification or representations on any matter or document are sent or made by way of electronic communications, and
(b)
the electronic communication is received by the recipient after 5pm on a working day,
it is to be taken to have been received on the next working day after the day on which the electronic communication is received.
