Regulation 8 Approval of a draft spatial development strategy timetable by the Secretary of State

This regulation applies where the Secretary of State approves a revised draft spatial development strategy timetable under section 12F(4)(b) of the 2004 Act.

The Secretary of State must notify the strategic planning authority in writing, as soon as reasonably practicable, that the revised draft spatial development strategy timetable has been approved.
