Regulation 2 Increases to the prescribed basic and higher amounts
The Student Fees (Amounts) (England) Regulations 2004f1 are amended as follows:
(a)
in regulation 4 for “£1255” substitute “£1285” and for “£3145” substitute “£3225”, and
(b)
in regulation 5 for “£625” substitute “£640” and for “£1570” substitute “£1610”.
