Section 9A Provisions supplementary to ss. 8 and 9.F1
Any order of the Secretary of State, under section 8 or 9 of this Act, fixing an amount or rate—
(a)
shall be made by statutory instrument which shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament; and
(b)
shall have effect in relation to the estate of any person dying after the coming into force of the order.
