Whereas copies of the draft of this Order were laid before Parliament and, in accordance with section 2(3) of the Summer Time Act 1972^f1, each House of Parliament has presented an Address to Her Majesty praying that this Order be made:

Now, therefore, Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 2(1)(a) and (2) of that Act, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
