Paragraph 64 X1
In the said Schedule 1, in paragraph 3,—
(a)
for “the Superannuation Act 1965” substitute “ the principal civil service pension scheme within the meaning of section 2 of the Superannuation Act 1972 and for the time being in force ” ; and
(b)
for “an established capacity” substitute “ employment ”.
