Article 7 Benefits under civil service superannuation schemes not assignable

Any assignment of or charge on, and any agreement to assign or charge, any benefit payable under a scheme made under Article 3 shall be void.

Nothing in paragraph (1) shall affect the powers of a court underF1 Article 283 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989.
