The Secretary of State for Education and Science, with the consent of the Minister for the Civil Service, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1948 as amended by paragraph 25 of schedule 6 to the Superannuation Act 1972 and vested in him^f1, hereby makes the following rules:—
