Paragraph 33
In each of the following provisions of the Legal Aid Act 1974, for the words “the Ministry of Social Security Act 1966” there shall be substituted the words “the Supplementary Benefits Act 1976”—
(a)
section 1(1)(b);
(b)
section 4(2);
(c)
section 11(5).
