Northern Ireland
(1)
The Department may pay financial support in respect of approved expenditure in connection with an operation by payment of a single lump sum or by instalments.
(2)
Payments under paragraph (1) may be made—
(a)
at such time as the Department reasonably may determine; and
(b)
subject to such conditions as the Department reasonably may determine.
