These Regulations may be cited as the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023.

These Regulations come into force on 28th April 2023, subject to paragraph (3).

(3)

Regulations 36, 37 and 43(2) come into force on 28th October 2023.

(4)

These Regulations extend to England and Wales but apply in relation to England only.
