in subsections (1) and (4), the references to “an establishment or agency” are to be read as references to a supported accommodation undertaking;

in subsections (2), (3), (4) and (5), the references to “the registration authority”, in respect of a supported accommodation undertaking, are to be read as references to the CIECSS;

in subsection (6), the reference to “the registration authority’s reasons”, in respect of a supported accommodation undertaking, is to be read as a reference to the CIECSS’s reasons.
