Section 7 Local housing authority functionsI1
England and Wales
A local housing authority must, in the exercise of its functions under licensing regulations, have regard to—
(a)
National Supported Housing Standards (if any), and
(b)
any guidance issued by the Secretary of State for the purposes of this section.
