Coming into force on the day after the day on which it is made

The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 32 of, and paragraph 14 of Schedule 3 to, the Flood and Water Management Act 2010f1, make the following Order.

In accordance with paragraph 14(5)(b) of Schedule 3 to that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by, a resolution of the National Assembly for Wales.
