The Cod Beck Internal Drainage Board, the Lower Swale Internal Drainage Board, the River Wiske Internal Drainage Board, the Bedale and Upper Swale Internal Drainage Board and the Claro Internal Drainage Board are abolished.

The Cod Beck Internal Drainage District, the Lower Swale Internal Drainage District, the River Wiske Internal Drainage District, the Bedale and Upper Swale Internal Drainage District and the Claro Internal Drainage District are amalgamated into, and are constituted as, one internal drainage district to be known as “the Swale & Ure Internal Drainage District”.

A new internal drainage board to be known as “the Swale & Ure Drainage Board” is constituted for the Swale & Ure Internal Drainage District.
