Whereas the Swanage Pier Company as harbour authority has applied for a harbour revision order under section 14 of the Harbours Act 1964^f1;

And whereas all objections duly made to the application have been withdrawn;

And whereas the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food is satisfied as mentioned in sub-section (2)(b) of the said section 14;

Now, therefore, the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said section 14, and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
