United Kingdom
The Secretary of State may designate persons by name F1in accordance with regulation 5A (conditions for the designation of persons by name) for the purposes of any of the following—
regulations 11 to 15 (asset-freeze etc);
regulation 23A (director disqualification sanctions);
regulation 24 (immigration).
The Secretary of State may designate different persons for the purposes of F3different provisions mentioned in paragraph (1).
