Regulation 16 Meaning of “full-time” and “part-time” employment

an employment is “full-time” if the contract of employment describes it as full-time (whether in those terms or otherwise); and

an employment is “part-time” if the contract of employment describes it as part-time (whether in those terms or otherwise).
