Regulation 4 Connected schemes
(1)
In these Regulations, “connected scheme” means another statutory pension scheme that is connected, within the meaning of section 4(6) of the Act, with this scheme.
(2)
The scheme established by the Teachers' Superannuation (Additional Voluntary Contributions) Regulations 1994 M1 is not a connected scheme.
