Regulation 28 Amendment of Principal Regulations

in paragraph (3)(c) for “a transfer value has been accepted” there shall be substituted “a transfer value has not been paid”, and

in paragraph (11) for “an election is made under regulation G8(3) to pay” there shall be inserted “his employer makes an election under regulation G8(3) and pays”.
