Paragraph 13 Outward transfers

Part 1 of Schedule 6 (transfer values) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 2, for “10” substitute “10A”.

After paragraph 10, insert—

“10A.

The Secretary of State may, on the advice of the scheme actuary, adjust a transfer value calculated in accordance with this Part.”.
