Teacher in—

(a)

a residential care home within the meaning of Part I of the Registered Homes Act 1984^f1, or,

(b)

a mental nursing home as defined in section 22 of the Act,

who, at any time before the commencement of Part III of the Mental Health Act 1959^f2, was in pensionable employment in a certified institution as defined in section 71 of the Mental Deficiency Act 1913^f3.
