Regulation 18 Teachers' ordinary contributions
(1)
A person in pensionable employment must pay contributions at a percentage rate, determined in accordance with F1paragraph 2 of Schedule 3 (employees' contributions), of the person's contributable salary for the time being.
(2)
This regulation does not apply to a person who has reckonable service of more than 45 years.
