Regulation 5 Meaning of “pensionable employment”
In these Regulations a reference to “pensionable employment” includes—
(a)
in relation to employment before 1st November 1988, a reference to employment in reckonable service as defined in TSR 1976 or previous provisions;
(b)
in relation to employment on or after 1st November 1988 and before 1st September 2010, a reference to pensionable employment as defined in Part B of TPR 1997 or Part B of TSR 1988.
