Paragraph 19

This paragraph applies where, on the interest change date, contributions remain to be paid (in accordance with section 16 of the Interpretation Act 1978) under any provision referred to in paragraph 18(1)(a) but paragraph 18 does not apply.

Where this paragraph applies interest is payable at the standard rate from the day on which the interest became payable under the provision in question to the date of payment.
